SECTION 508 COMPLAINCE
TAMI is committed to Section 508 compliance and accessibility of websites. TAMI is consistently reviewing and modifying this site in accordance with guidance for the implementation of congressionally mandated requirements concerning access to federal information technology by members of the public and federal employees with disabilities (see Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, http://www.section508.gov).

- "Alt tags," are used on all images to aid users utilizing a screen reader to audibly describe the layout and purpose of all graphics.
- PDF documents are used within the TAMI website. Users can get information regarding the accessibility of Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files from the Access Adobe (http://access.adobe.com) website.
In addition, we are reviewing the site's accessibility with outside web tools (including SSB Technologies' InFocus Section 508 evaluation tool.) to improve the accessibility of www.tami-llc.com. The results of these reviews are being incorporated into the website.

JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES
Unless otherwise specified, the materials in the TAMI website are presented solely for the purpose of entertainment and promoting programs and other products available in the United States, its territories, possessions, and protectorates. This site is controlled and operated by TAMI from its offices within the State of New Jersey, United States of America. TAMI makes no representation that materials in TAMI's website are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such State. PRIVACY
TAMI is very respectful about the privacy concerns of the visitors to its site(s) on the Internet. As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from visitors to this site. However, certain non-personal information of visitors is recorded by the standard operation of TAMI's Internet servers.
